Had early training this morning! But getting out of house was a huge problem! haha.. First decided to leave at 8 so i can reach early and start early, but ended up lazying around, watched abit of Yankees vs white Socks till i finally managed to drag myself out of house at 9am.. And to add to my already horrible mood, the stupid bus 93 took forever to come! Luckily the journey was quite smooth and by the time i reached school, i was fully awake and ready for training!
As usual, the weather was unforgiving and i was already sweating even before i started stretching. Haha. Really don't feel like talking about lazy days! Especially when i'm trying to watch a match and blog at the same time -.-

At first we got turned off by the long queue so we went for dinner, had a hard time finding a place to eat too..
But when we finally made it back to attica, the whole place looked desserted! All the tables and chairs were unoccupied, there wasn't a single patron around. Luckily on further exploring, we were directed to the event which is held on the second floor.
However, we came really late and the whole floor was already filled to the brim with supporters and we could only get a spot near the entrance with a side view of the stage. Today's theme for the pageant formal section turned out to be angels and demons as the contestants sauntered out on stage decked in pairs of white and black outfits. As usual, the guys had heavy makeup on and the excessive use of mascara and the highlighter.
Next, the couples were invited back on stage one pair at a time for some interaction and a surprise question which they randomly picked. Jia Yuan had a tough time to change the emcee's mind about his fetish of album (art) and the crowd got a good laugh out of it, but his comment on coming out with us frequently for soccer and reminiscing about old times leaves much to be disputed.
All in all, we had a great night, despite a minor mix up by the emcees which caused quite a bit of distress to the girls on stage, they did an awesome job of roughing up the crowd and to bring out all the energy hiding in all of them. Although it would have been much more fun if the whole bird gang was here(it would be the opposite for jia yuan, he'll have a harder time). And kudos to chun xu who decided to PS-ed at the last minute to do TUTORIALS!
First official training yesterday!
Started out with the rest of the new comers, listening to arron talking about the bow parts and bow setup.. The most dry part of archery, but luckily got excused halfway to go shoot a few ends.. But in the end only managed 3 ends before everyone had to gather for ice breakers!
Haha.. not much for my very first official training but it's one step ahead to becoming a better archer!
Wahhaaha! Like so many zillion years and suddenly i have the impulse to blog today..
There's more than a zillion things to talk about, SOW, Mario! School, archery and so much more.. Haha.. But i think most of the fun will stop here and there'll be more to gripe about in the future instead :)
